How? It’s called service. When you call or email with a service request, we enter your work order into our database immediately, so everyone who works on your account is up to speed. We ask whether you prefer to have the service performed right away, or during the next weekly service. Each time your property is serviced, your supervisor logs the work that was performed that day, and notes any special work that needs to be done in the future. For example, if your trees need pruning, we contact you proactively with our recommendations and a proposal.
When emergencies happen – and they will – our crews are on site within 30 minutes during business hours to take care of the problem. If something happens during non-business hours, our supervisors are on call 24/7 and will respond to you within 30 minutes.
