Frequently asked questions

When I call your office, will I get a live person?

Yes! Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

How do you handle emergency calls?

After hours, we have a special emergency number that is answered by an Area Supervisor 24/7. Our Area Supervisors rotate call shifts, so there will always be someone available to attend to your property.

If I have a service request or maintenance question, who should I call?

Call our regular number, or use our service request email. All service requests are logged into a central database so staff members are informed of your request and can help you. When you request special service, you have the option of having the service performed immediately or during your next weekly service.

How do I know my service request will be handled promptly?

We use a central database to log all calls and emails. Each day, our Operations Manager and Area Supervisors review the log to make sure all service requests have been taken care of. The log also helps us monitor trends in the field so we can make adjustments when needed.

Can you help me forecast my annual landscape expenses?

Absolutely. We provide a detailed annual budget worksheet to help you with budgeting.

When will I be billed for your services?

We bill on the 10th of each month for the month of service.

When will my property be serviced?

Weekly on the same day each week. If you have restrictions on when your property can be serviced, we can work with you on a schedule that meets your needs. When you need special service on short notice (such as when the building owner comes to visit), we make every effort to accommodate you.

Do you collect grass clippings after each mowing?

Yes.

When do you install seasonal color?

Twice a year – spring and fall. In April, we install the spring/summer color, filling in additional color in July. In October, we install the fall/winter color, filling in additional color in January or February.

What if it rains on my scheduled maintenance day?

If the rainfall is light, we will service your property as usual. If the rainfall is heavy, we will remove trash and debris.

I have restrictions on water use – will you be able to accommodate this?

Yes! We are experts at water conservation practices – see our Water Management page for details.
